Claire qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012 and has gained over 30 years conveyancing experience in support and fee earning roles.

Dealing with all types of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, she also has a wealth of local knowledge having grown up in the South Hams.
