Solicitor/Legal Executive – Dispute Resolution – Kingsbridge

We have a great opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing Dispute Resolution Department working within our Kingsbridge office.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors/Legal Executives of around 1-5 years PQE.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have experience of handling a property litigation caseload;
  • have experience of some or all of the following areas:
    • commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
    • disputes concerning easements/restrictive covenants including injunctive proceedings
    • boundary disputes
    • property damage claims
    • the Party Wall Act
    • contested leasehold renewals and enfranchisements
    • Contentious probate disputes
    • Construction disputes
  • enjoy networking and building client relationships;

  • be able to work under pressure and meet client expectations;
  • enjoy working as part of a professional and motivated team; and
  • have the enthusiasm to take an active role in the continued development of our Dispute Resolution Department.

Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer – Residential Conveyancing – Bristol

We have a great opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer to join our Bristol Property Department.  The successful applicant can expect to work on a varied caseload including high value sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties including flats and shared ownership, equity release mortgages, re-mortgages, first registrations and new builds.

Legal Assistant – Conveyancing

Our Conveyancing Department is looking for a Legal Assistant to join them in their Kingsbridge office.

This is a full time/part time post and the ideal candidate will:

  • have experience of working within conveyancing or within a legal environment. Alternatively, a general interest in property and the right attitude to learn and hit the ground running;
  • enjoy building client relationships and share our enthusiasm for efficiency and excellent client care;
  • enjoy working as part of a professional and motivated team;
  • have excellent communication skills;
  • pay strong attention to detail;
  • be able to work quickly and efficiently to deadlines, multitask and prioritise when necessary but also use own initiative where appropriate;

This is a full time / possibly part time post and the ideal candidate will:
