Avanti Pursell

Avanti joined Bartons with a dual specialism in Private Client work and Criminal Litigation.

She heads the Private Client Team and advises high net worth individuals in planning their estates through the strategic drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, on ownership of property, business continuity and management on personal taxes. Avanti and the Private Client Team advise on the tax implications of domicile, and deal with the administration of estates containing UK and non-UK assets. Avanti also deals with the administration of UK assets on behalf of trustees and personal representative from other jurisdictions.
