Cory Cuff

Cory was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law in 2014, gaining a distinction.

Cory undertakes a mixture of marine related claims on behalf of defendants and claimants, including personal injuries and fatalities, multi-jurisdictional cases, maritime professional negligence and maritime product liability.  Cory also advises on vessel sale, purchase, registration, and re-mortgages on behalf of vendors, purchasers and financial institutions.

Cory qualified as a RYA accredited Day Skipper (shore-based and practical) in 2013 and obtained her RYA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster shore-based qualification in 2014.  Cory also undertook the industry specific training to serve as a new entrant to the commercial fishing industry in 2014.  Cory has been listed in Legal 500 as being a ‘next generation lawyer’ and as ‘very smart, has great analytical skills and is hard working.’
