Annabel Pike

Annabel is a Solicitor specialising in contentious probate, debt recovery, and commercial tenancy disputes. Annabel joined Bartons in May 2022 having completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Law, and qualified as a solicitor in November 2025.

Examples of Annabel’s recent work includes:

• Acting for clients defending Inheritance Act claims and challenges to Wills on the grounds of validity;
• Advising commercial clients on Section 25 Notices and Dilapidations claims;
• Advising clients on their rights and liabilities in debt claims brought against them;
• Assisting clients with recovery of debts.
