Ella Lane

Ella Lane is a solicitor in the Family team at Bartons Solicitors, where she works alongside Louise Macmillan. She advises clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial settlement and child arrangements. Ella has experience in complex children matters, including those involving domestic abuse allegations, police disclosure and risk assessments. In relation to financial settlement, Ella has experience dealing with both high-value assets and more modest asset cases, helping clients to achieve a fair and practical resolution.  In addition, Ella advises cohabiting couples on matters including declarations of trust and cohabitation agreements. Ella is a member of Resolution and is committed to providing clear, practical advice to clients with sensitivity and care.
