Ian Spencer

Ian joined Bartons in December 2017 as head of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department having over twelve years’ litigation experience.

Prior to joining Bartons Ian ran a Litigation Department for a national law firm and personally has dealt with high value and high complexity litigious matters.

Ian acts for both Claimants and Defendants and his specialisms include:
