Ian Spencer

Ian joined Bartons in December 2017 as head of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department becoming Director in 2019.

Prior to joining Bartons Ian ran a Litigation Department for a national law firm. Ian personally has over 15 years experience primarily in high value and high complexity disputes.

Ian acts for both Claimants and Defendants and his specialisms include:
