Annabel Pike

Annabel is a Solicitor Apprentice specialising in contentious probate, debt recovery, and commercial tenancy disputes. Annabel joined Bartons in May 2022 having completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Law, and began her apprenticeship in August 2023.

Examples of Annabel’s recent work includes:

• Acting for clients defending Inheritance Act claims and challenges to Wills on the grounds of validity;
• Advising commercial clients on Section 25 Notices and Dilapidations claims;
• Advising clients on their rights and liabilities in debt claims brought against them;
• Assisting clients with recovery of debts.
